ibis Cambrai

The staff were all very helpful with a smiling 'nothing is too much trouble attitude'. They were efficient and helped me with my French. One young lady went and found some breakfast tea which was not out at breakfast time so my wife could enjoy a cup. The room was quiet with comfortable bed and clean and efficient bathroom with shower. The food at dinner was well cooked and well presented with again a server who was happy to help.

Convenient for stop off to and from Shuttle tunnel. Near town centre and parks to walk dog. Staff friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Room very clean and comfortable. Restaurant on site with adequate food.

Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful on arrival as were restaurant staff. Room was clean and nicely furnished to usual Ibis standard. Dinner menu what you would expect in an Ibis, adequate but not spectacular. Breakfast was better than expected, the egg boiler was something I hadn't seen before.

The dinner was good value and better than usual for Ibis hotels. Pleasant surprise. Young lady on reception very helpful and pleasant
